Where we are
COMPwize is a fully mobile service: there's no shopfront and no walk-in address. Deposit a repair at one of many COMPwize Lockers near you, or book pickup and delivery for $50 anywhere within 12km of Mount Druitt.
The quickest way to reach us
If the computer is dead, slow, full of pop-ups or covered in coffee, calling 02 9833 1800 is the fastest way to get an answer, because most of it is settled in a two-minute conversation. We will tell you on the phone whether it sounds like a job for remote support, a pickup, or something that is not worth repairing at all.
If it is after hours or you would rather write it down, use the form above or message us on WhatsApp or Messenger. Everything that comes in overnight is answered the next morning we are open. There is no email address on this site on purpose: the form reaches the same inbox without handing our address to every spam robot that crawls the web.
What to tell us
The make and model if you know it, what happens when you turn it on, and roughly when it started. If a message appears on screen, a photo of it saves a lot of guesswork. If the machine holds files you cannot lose, say so at the start rather than at the end, because it changes the order we do things in.
For a business enquiry, tell us how many staff and computers are involved and whether anything is down right now. Urgent and not urgent get handled differently, and we would rather know which one you are.
Where we work
COMPwize is fully mobile and has been since 1999. There is no shopfront and no walk-in address, which is what keeps the fixed labour price where it is. We cover about 12km around Mount Druitt for pickup and delivery, locker deposits and onsite work, from St Marys and Penrith through to Blacktown, Quakers Hill and Seven Hills. Depositing at a COMPwize Locker costs nothing and needs no appointment, pickup and delivery is $50 for the round trip, and remote support is $179 per hour with a one hour minimum for anything that does not need hands on the machine.
