Where we are
COMPwize is a fully mobile service: there's no shopfront and no walk-in address. Deposit a repair at one of many COMPwize Lockers near you, or book pickup and delivery for $50 anywhere within 12km of Mount Druitt.
How mail-in works
Once you've paid, the courier is booked straight away. If you asked for a box, it goes out first and the collection is booked for after it arrives, with the return label packed inside. Otherwise the collection is booked for the next pickup day and we text you a link to print the label.
When it reaches us we diagnose it and tell you what it needs and what it costs before doing anything. Labour is the same $274 fixed price our local customers pay, with the $88 you've paid taken off. Parts are quoted for your approval, and nothing is ordered without your yes.
When the repair is done we test it and send it back on the return courier you paid for at booking. You get a tracking link by text and email at every step.
