You don't ring ahead and you don't book a time: everything we need, you enter on the locker screen when you get there.

We're a fully mobile service, so if the nearest locker isn't open yet, we come to you. Pickup and delivery is $50 anywhere within 12km of Mount Druitt, and that covers both the collection and the return.

Do I need to book first?

No. That's the point of the lockers. Visit one whenever it suits you, put your details into the screen, and a door opens.

How many lockers will there be, and when are they open?

5 lockers scattered across our 12km service area. Most are open until 10pm, and some are open 24/7. Each locker's hours are listed on Find a Locker as it opens.

What do I need to bring?

The device and its charger. If you're happy to share your password or PIN, enter it on the screen: it lets us test the repair properly.

Is my device safe in a locker?

Each door stays locked until it's opened with your own code, and the lockers sit at businesses with staff and long opening hours.

When do I pay?

Labour is $274, including the $88 diagnosis, and any parts are agreed with you first by text. You pay when you collect.

What fits in a locker?

Laptops, tablets, phones and small items. Desktop towers are better handled with our $50 pickup and delivery service.

What if I decide not to repair it?

You pay the $88 diagnosis and nothing more, and we'll talk through the options, such as getting your files off it or replacing it.
